In order to carry forward the "May 4th Spirit", further strengthen the work of the Communist Youth League, better serve and unite young people, on May 12, 2019, the founding meeting of the Communist Youth League Zhejiang Haihe Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. Committee and the first League Member Congress were successfully held. A total of 90 people attended the meeting, including Ms. Wang Zhenzhen, secretary of the company’s party branch, Mr. Jiang Jingwei, the company’s general manager, Ms. Bao Fangfang, general manager of Kehai Testing Company, and representatives from various departments.

The meeting kicked off with the majestic national anthem. At the meeting, the approval of the Jinhua Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League for the company’s establishment of the Youth League Committee was read out; according to the agenda of the conference, the meeting successively adopted the "Election Methods for the First Member Congress of the Communist Youth League Zhejiang Haihe Environmental Technology Co., Ltd." and the list of scrutineers and counters. In accordance with the "League Constitution" and other relevant regulations, the members of the first Youth League Committee of the Communist Youth League Zhejiang Haihe Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. were elected through democratic voting in the form of secret election.

A strong youth will make a country strong, and a prosperous youth will prosper an enterprise. The vast number of young people have huge potential. How to guide the youth members to focus on the overall situation of the company and consciously participate in production practice, so that young people can become talents at work and promote the company to move towards high-quality development. General Manager Mr. Jiang Jingwei put forward ardent hopes for the work of the newly established Youth League Committee. He hopes that the new Youth League Committee can effectively start from the needs of the league members, care about the lives of the league members, activate the work of the Youth League Committee, recommend the Haihe Communist Youth League to the society, showcase the company to the society, and build a brand for the company. At the same time, it is recommended that the majority of youth members of the company should make good career plans and be calm; they should have dreams and pay more attention to the accumulation of knowledge and the improvement of comprehensive abilities. The conference successfully completed all scheduled agendas and ended with passionate group singing. The establishment of the Youth League Committee of Zhejiang Haihe Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. marks that young people in the company have their own organization, injecting new vitality into the company's development efforts. In the next step, the Youth League Committee will carry out work in accordance with the guidance and leadership of the company's party branch, give full play to the role of the Youth League Committee in leading, uniting and serving youth, continuously enhance the centripetal force, cohesion and combat effectiveness of the company's youth, and achieve further development of Haihe.
