01Qinghai Province Key Engineering Wastewater Treatment Project

On August 25, 2023, our company receivedQinghai Xiyu Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. won the bid for the comprehensive recycling and environmental protection upgrading and renovation of polymetallic resources sewage treatment station projectNotice, the winning bid price is 16,500,288 yuan.
This project is an environmental supporting project for the key projects of Qinghai Province's "14th Five-Year Plan". The parent company Western Mining is one of the top 500 companies in the country and a key state-owned enterprise in Qinghai Province. The winning bid of this project fully reflects the treatment of high-concentration arsenic-containing sewage acid wastewater by our company's team, and the zero-discharge technology of treated sewage has been recognized by the industry. Based on the successful expansion of the company's business in the existing central and northern regions of Hubei and Inner Mongolia, the company has made a good start in expanding to the western region. The company plans to work with Western Mining to build a leading demonstration project in the non-ferrous smelting industry's arsenic-containing wastewater and other pollution control industries.
02/Runma Solar Technology (Jinhua) Co., Ltd. 8GW cell project wastewater treatment project

The project is located in the Jiangdong Block of Jiangling High-tech Intelligent Manufacturing Zone, Jinyi New District, Jinhua City. The total investment of the project is 10.1 billion yuan. After completion, it will have an annual output of 10GW crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells and 18GW photovoltaic modules;This project was included in the "List of the Second Batch of Major Projects in Zhejiang Province's 2023 Expansion of Effective Investment "Thousands and Trillions" Project";
The company won the bid this time for the 8GW crystalline silicon photovoltaic cell wastewater treatment project. The winning bid price was more than 30 million yuan. Our company is responsible for the design and construction. The total designed wastewater treatment capacity is 15217.8 tons/day, and the system is designed to operate for 24 hours. This project is the result of the company's continuous development of wastewater treatment in the photovoltaic field based on the successful implementation of the wastewater treatment project of Zhejiang Aixu Solar Technology Co., Ltd.'s 2.65GW high-efficiency silicon-based solar cell project (Phase I) in 2018.
03/State Power Investment Tongliao 2×350MW smart cogeneration unit project desulfurization wastewater zero discharge EPC project

The project is located in Tongliao Power Plant, Dianchan Street, Tongliao Economic and Technological Development Zone, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The 2×350MW smart cogeneration unit of the power plant isThe National Energy Administration’s first pilot project integrating “wind, solar, thermal and storage”. Our company won the bid to support the 2×350MW smart cogeneration unit engineering desulfurization wastewater zero discharge EPC project, winning bid price: 11.798888 million yuan; the company will complete the design, equipment supply, manufacturing supervision, civil construction (including foundation treatment), installation and other tasks of the complete desulfurization wastewater treatment system for the two units.
As my country's environmental governance needs continue to increase, regulations have become stricter, especially policies such as the "Water Pollution Prevention and Control Action Plan" and the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Utilization of Wastewater Resources" have put forward more stringent requirements for the prevention and control of industrial wastewater pollution. Many provinces and cities have successively introduced higher water pollutant discharge standards, and some high-salt wastewater cannot be discharged up to standard through conventional sewage treatment. In order to meet the requirements of national environmental protection policies, there is a huge market demand for thermal power plants to achieve zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater, which is expected to be rapidly promoted in the next few years driven by policies. This project has played a good role in promoting our company's focus on developing zero wastewater treatment in the power industry.
