China's organic wastewater emissions are large and wide. The A/O treatment process commonly used at home and abroad has industry bottlenecks such as microbial oxygen supply, high wind pressure, high energy consumption, high noise, high land occupation, high cost, and low landscape. It is also a major scientific and technological issue in the implementation of the national low-carbon strategy. The project team achieved major breakthroughs through collaborative research between industry, academia, and research. For the first time, we cultivated high-density, high-oxygen-consuming, strong-degrading microbial dominant bacteria; invented three-phase contact oxidation and low-pressure chamber ventilation and oxygen supply technology, overcoming the technical bottlenecks of the existing industry such as complicated gas supply technology, high wind pressure, large wind resistance, and high energy consumption; developed a tower treatment device with anoxic, aerobic, sedimentation, and fan multi-process vertically integrated vertical arrangements, breaking through the scientific problems of the layout of each component, and invented the normal-pressure high-pressure The key technology of A/O tower collaborative treatment of organic sewage and odorous waste gas under oxygen state and the first set of equipment in China have achieved a year-on-year land saving of more than 60%. Wastewater and waste gas are simultaneously processed into the tower to meet emission standards. The wind pressure is reduced from >30KPa to <0.5Kpa. The microbial oxygen concentration is increased by nearly 310mg/L from <8.64mg/L. The oxygen supply energy is saved by more than 80%, and the noise reduction exceeds 15 decibels. Obtained 1 U.S. invention patent, 10 Chinese invention patents, and 3 core independent intellectual property rights in SCI papers. The results were appraised by the expert group of academicians Hou Li'an and Zhu Lizhong as "the non-immersed vertical structure technology of the aerobic section has reached the international leading level"; it was selected as "National Advanced Pollution Prevention and Control Technology" (Ministry of Environmental Protection) and "The First Domestic Product (Set)". The results have been applied to Quzhou City Donggang Sewage Treatment Plant and 20-10,000m3/d domestic and industrial wastewater and gas collaborative treatment projects in many provinces under the supervision of the Ministry of Environmental Protection. The results have achieved significant social and economic benefits, with sales revenue of 683 million yuan in the past three years, saving 200 million yuan in investment for pollution control companies. This achievement was nominated for the first prize of the Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award. |
